We will have 3 booths (in the Daugherty Building) at the Volusia County Fair this year...
consisting of a small pond, pondless waterfall and RainXchange System.

Kathy will be in Wesley Chapel, 3/23/09-3/25/09 helping build a Aquascape’s RainXchange™ System. The newly launched RainXchange™ System was created by Aquascape, Inc. of St. Charles, Illinois for capturing, filtering, and re-using rainwater. The RainXchange™ System combines a recirculating decorative water feature with a sub-surface rainwater harvest storage system.

“WORLD’S MOST EXTREME POND BUILD”
St. Charles, IL – Tropical Water Gardens of Deland, FL participated in the construction of
Aquascape’s 250’x90’ signature water feature known as the “World’s Most Extreme Pond Build” from July 12th to 16th, 2008. A select group including Certified Aquascape Contractors, Water Garden Excellence members, and Authorized AquascapePRO Distributors were asked to join this one-time only special invitation event. MASTER GARDENER TRAINING
The Master Gardener Training Program is a 10 week course that is demanding and intense.
June 6, 2008, Kathy spoke to the attendees during a 1 hour session
that covered topics ranging from basic water gardening,
proper installation, eco-system and aquatic plants.

BUILD RAIN WATER HARVEST SYSTEM
Deland, FL – Tropical Water Gardens and other Certified Aquascape Contractors (CAC)
from across the United States joined together with Aquascape, Inc to create a
rain water harvesting system in drought-stricken Grantville, Georgia April 28th - 30th.
Kathy Smith, owner of Tropical Water Gardens, along with the team implemented a prototype system developed by Aquascape on the residential property to capture and reuse rain water runoff. Read More
MASTER GARDENER PLANT FAIRE
April 5, 2008 - Tropical Water Gardens participated in
the Master Gardener's annual plant sale.
A 4' x 6' pond was set up for display along with
20 varieties of marginal plants and tropical day and night blooming lilies.
